This refreshing, fizzy cocktail is made with sparkling water and egg white, while golden rum, citrus juice, mint, and cream give it a pleasant flavor and velvety texture. Serve garnished with an orange slice.


Ingredients:

  • 60 ml of golden rum
  • 30 ml orange juice concentrate
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml sugar syrup
  • 15 ml heavy cream
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Muddle 8 large mint leaves in a shaker. Add 1 egg white, 60 ml of golden rum, 30 ml of defrosted orange juice concentrate, and 15 ml each of lime juice, simple syrup, and heavy cream; shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 30 seconds.
  • Step 2
  • Strain the cocktail into a glass and top with seltzer water. Garnish with an orange slice.
