A recipe for a slow cooker mint drink – hot mint chocolate topped with whipped cream. It's made with condensed milk, peppermint schnapps, and chocolate liqueur.


Ingredients:

  • 6 cans (380 g each) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup chocolate liqueur
  • 1/4 tbsp. mint schnapps
  • 700 g dark chocolate with at least 35% cocoa content, chopped
  • Whipped cream and candy canes, for garnish
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Combine condensed milk, chocolate liqueur, peppermint schnapps, and chocolate in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs. Garnish with whipped cream and candy canes.
