- Step 1
- In a medium saucepan, heat the cream and milk over medium heat. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the milk mixture, stirring constantly. Step 2
- Continue stirring while adding cinnamon sticks, honey, and brown sugar. Once the chocolate has completely melted, remove from heat and add vanilla extract and rum. Continue whisking until light foam forms. Remove the cinnamon sticks before serving.
