The easiest way to make truly delicious cocoa is to use two types of chocolate and milk. Simply melt everything over low heat until the drink is thick and smooth. Serve with a marshmallow in each mug.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of milk
  • 0.5 cups grated dark chocolate (60% cocoa content)
  • 0.5 cup grated chocolate with cinnamon (cocoa content 56%)
  • 4 large marshmallows, for serving
  • Additionally: 4 mugs 400 ml.
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

    Step 1
  • Pour milk into a 2-quart saucepan and place over medium heat, add chocolate and stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Step 2
  • Pour into four mugs and top each with a large marshmallow. Serve hot.
