This cocoa has three times the chocolate, and it even has Nutella—yummy! The drink is thick, silky, and warming. Bake some cookies and treat yourself and your loved ones to a mug of hot cocoa—a perfect mood-lifter on a stormy day.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Combine chocolate, chocolate hazelnut spread, cacao nibs and salt in a blender.
- Heat almond milk in a small saucepan until almost boiling.
- Pour the hot milk over the chocolate in a blender and let it steep for 30 seconds. Remove the middle part of the lid to release steam and cover the lid with a towel. Then begin blending the hot mixture on low speed, increasing the speed to high. Be careful not to blend too quickly at first, or the mixture will splatter. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour the hot chocolate into 4 mugs and serve.Note *
This recipe uses ground cocoa beans to make hot chocolate. This drink has a more complex flavor and is better suited to a balanced diet, including healthy fats and nutrients.
