This cocktail is incredibly quick and easy to make and makes a perfect complement to any holiday dish. If you prefer a non-alcoholic version, replace the gin with an extra shot of ginger beer or any other soda. Before serving, garnish each glass with a fresh sprig of rosemary, orange peel, and cranberries—it looks very festive!

Ingredients:

  • 240 ml of gin
  • 180 ml cranberry juice
  • 60 ml of orange juice
  • Ginger beer or ginger ale to top up
  • Thyme sprigs, fresh cranberries and orange peel for garnish

1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • Combine gin, cranberry juice and orange juice in a jug and stir.
  • Step 2
  • When you are ready to servePour the drink into glasses filled with ice. Top up with ginger beer or ginger ale to taste. Garnish with thyme, a few cranberries, and orange peel.
