Two additional ingredients—rose water and fresh strawberries—will transform a classic gin and tonic into a new, special drink. You can also add freshly squeezed lime juice for a more familiar flavor. And for garnish, look for edible rose petals online.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Place 0.5 teaspoon of petals in a tall glass (highball or collins), fill the glass with ice, then add the remaining 0.5 teaspoon of rose petals.
- Pour in tonic, then gin, then rosewater, and add more ice. Make a slit in the strawberry at the pointed end, almost to the stem, and set it on the rim of the glass.
