Japanese matcha tea will make your Gin & Tonic even more refreshing and invigorating, adding a hint of tartness for a richer flavor and a pleasant greenish tint. Stir the powder thoroughly into the gin to remove any lumps, and serve over ice, garnished with a cucumber slice or wedge.
