This cocktail uses frozen tonic cubes instead of regular ice to ensure a vibrant, fresh flavor right up to the last sip. Combine the gin and tonic in a glass filled with ice and add a squeeze of fresh lime juice. Garnish with a lime wedge and enjoy the perfect gin and tonic.
The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 - 5 ice cubes of tonic water (recommended: Schweppes) *
- 90 ml gin (recommended: Plymouth Gin)
- 120 ml tonic (recommended: Schweppes)
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- Lime wedges, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Fill a tall, narrow, chilled glass with ice cubes (almost to the top). Add gin, then tonic and lime juice, stirring well.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
Note *
To make tonic ice cubes, simply fill an empty ice cube tray with tonic water and place it in the freezer. It will take a few hours to freeze. Tightly sealed, the cubes will stay fresh and tasty for at least several weeks.
