Gin fizz with plum and basil - detailed recipe.

1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Make basil syrupCombine sugar and 1/3 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and let cool completely, about 1 hour, then strain.
- Muddle 3 plums in a large measuring cup with a wooden spoon. Stir in the basil syrup and gin. Chill until ready to serve. Pour into ice-filled glasses and top with soda water. Top with basil and the remaining sliced plums.
