This simple yet delicious appetizer will brighten any holiday table with its vibrant color. Yellow and red bell peppers are baked in the oven and served with fresh basil under a fragrant garlic olive oil. Allow the peppers to steam and cool before serving to make peeling the skins easier. This is a great sweet and spicy side dish for meat, poultry, and fish, and also a delicious appetizer with spirits.
