The "Perfect Manhattan" is a sub-variety of the classic Manhattan cocktail, differing only in the addition of two types of vermouth—sweet and dry—instead of one. And don't forget a few drops of bitters. Serve chilled and garnish with a twist of lemon zest.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
