In this refreshing summer cocktail, red wine replaces the traditional Manhattan's sweet vermouth, while fresh blueberries help bring out the berry notes of a ripe Merlot. The cocktail is also topped with soda, making this bubbly drink a perfect treat for bachelorette parties or pool parties.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Muddle 1/4 cup blueberries with sugar in a cocktail shaker, then add wine. Fill the shaker with ice and add bourbon. Shake for 15 seconds.
- Strain into 4 Collins glasses filled with ice, then add 2 tablespoons of sparkling water per glass. Garnish with lemon slices and blueberries.
