We like to think of this clever cocktail as a fun way to kick-start your resolutions for next year, as it features some of our favorite healthy ingredients, like fresh apple and ground ginger.


Ingredients:

  • 45 ml of vodka
  • 60 ml of alcoholic sparkling wine apple cider
  • A pinch of ground ginger
  • A pinch of masala tea powder, optional
  • 30 ml. dry red wine merlot
  • A little lime juice
  • Apple slices, for garnish
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka, apple cider, a pinch of ginger, a pinch of masala chai, wine, and a squeeze of lime juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with apple slices.
