Unlike the classic Manhattan, this cocktail replaces Angostura bitters with a more citrusy Aperol. Make a large serving by mixing Aperol with bourbon and sweet vermouth in the specified proportions in a plastic bottle and freezing for an hour to serve very chilled. Before serving, garnish each glass with a cherry and an orange wedge.
