Grate the zest of 2 oranges and set it aside.

Squeeze the juice from the oranges and mix it with 1.5 cups of Greek yogurt, 400 g of condensed milk, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Pour 1/4 cup of the resulting mixture into a small bowl, where you add the orange zest. Pour the filling onto the cooled baked crust. crackers made from whole grain wheat flour, 22 cm in diameter.

Pour the orange zest mixture over the top and use a spoon to create swirls. Cover the pie and freeze for at least 4 hours.
