To prepare this dish, you'll need a half-leg ham, which will become the centerpiece of your table after roasting. A sticky, delicious glaze of fig jam, orange juice and zest, and Dijon mustard will give it a truly festive look. Fig jam is considered a delicacy in its own right, but as a glaze, it adds a unique flavor to the roasted meat.

3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the ham packaging and bake according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Remove the ham from the oven approximately 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time.
- Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the fig jam, mustard, orange zest, and juice and heat over low heat. Cook, stirring, until the jam has melted (do not boil). Spread half the glaze over the ham and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Remove the ham from the oven and drizzle with the remaining glaze. Transfer to a cutting board and slice.
