Orange-cranberry relish with walnuts

How to Make Orange Cranberry Relish with Walnuts
Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
Complexity: easily
Servings: 8 - 10

You don't have to cook this tart relish made with cranberries, oranges, and walnuts—just blend it in a food processor! You can use fresh or frozen cranberries. The sweetness of the navelina orange and brown sugar will balance the tartness of the berries, adding a richer flavor to the relish. Make it ahead and refrigerate for a couple of days, then sprinkle the sauce with walnuts before serving. A perfect complement to meat and poultry!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package (340 g) fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 small Navelin orange, sliced
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
