Spanish romesco sauce is made from tomatoes and bell peppers with a variety of nuts, but it's the walnuts that give it a unique, rich, summery flavor that brightens any dish. Try it with grilled steak, grilled vegetables, or even scrambled eggs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (400 g) diced tomatoes
  • 2 roasted red bell peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 0.5 cups toasted walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

  • A good pinch of paprika

1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.
