- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation:
- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray baking sheets with cooking spray. Step 2
- In a large bowl, combine the margarine and both types of sugar with a mixer on medium speed. Beat in the eggs and vanilla. In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add to the wet mixture and mix until smooth. Step 3
- Mix with oats, dried cranberries, and walnuts. Drop heaping tablespoons of batter onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart. Step 4
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on the baking sheets for 2 minutes. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
