Ree Drummond filled these cookies with everything she could and had on hand: pecans, raisins, dried apricots, dried cherries, oatmeal, and granola. The cookies turned out soft, with crunchy bits and juicy dried fruit flecks. Perfect for a mid-day snack!



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 330 g (1.5 cups) butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 4 cups premium flour
  • 4 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 cups granola
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1.5 cups dried apricots
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1 tbsp. chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup golden raisins

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs. Then add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in the granola and oats. Add dried apricots, cherries, pecans, and raisins.

  3. Using a cookie scoop or two tablespoons, drop the batter onto the baking sheet and bake for 12–14 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
