Ingredients:

  • 700 g seedless green grapes
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 wide strips of orange zest
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Combine the grapes, sugar, orange zest, raisins, lemon juice, and salt in a saucepan. Place the saucepan on the stove and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly and mashing the grapes with a wooden spoon, for 20-25 minutes, until the mixture coats the spoon. Stir in the walnuts.
  • Step 2
  • Fill sterilized jars with jam, leaving 1/2" of headspace at the top. Then seal with lids and place in a pan of boiling water for 15 minutes.
