This bread combines rich pumpkin puree with apple cider, raisins, and crunchy walnuts to create a delicious double-sized loaf.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 4.5 cups of flour
  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup walnuts
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 180°C.

    Combine brown sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, and apple cider. Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and cinnamon) to the pumpkin mixture and stir until moistened.

    Add the raisins and walnuts and mix thoroughly. Divide the batter into two portions and pour into two greased pans. Bake for 50 minutes.

    Cool in the pans on a wire rack to room temperature. Remove from the pans and serve.
