Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Add butter to the flour mixture and knead with your hands.
Add raisins and caraway seeds. Mix with milk. - On a floured surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of 2.5 cm. Using a 6 cm round cutter, cut out 6 muffins from the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheets, slightly spaced apart.
Bake raisin muffins at 190°C for 15-20 minutes.
