Ptitim with raisins

Recipe:
Boil 2 cups of ptitim according to package directions; drain. Sauté 1 diced onion with a pinch of cinnamon in olive oil until golden brown, 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of light raisins and 2 tablespoons of water and cook for 2 minutes; combine the raisins with the ptitim and add a handful of sliced almonds and finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
