If you love soft cookies with chocolate chips and nuts, you'll love this cupcake version. Soft and moist, they're made with the same cookie dough and generously filled with chocolate-covered peanuts, chocolate-covered raisins, and M&M's, giving them a cheerful, festive touch. The perfect treat for New Year's and Christmas!


Ingredients:

  • 220 g butter
  • 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2.5 cups premium flour
  • 0.5 cup chocolate-covered raisins
  • 0.5 cup M&M's candies
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Beat 220g butter, 3/4 cup dark brown sugar and 3/4 cup granulated sugar with a mixer until fluffy; stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 eggs.
  • Step 2
  • Stir in 2.5 cups flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon salt, then fold into the butter mixture. Add 1 cup chocolate-covered peanuts, 0.5 cups chocolate-covered raisins, and 0.5 cups M&M's to the batter.
  • Step 3
  • Spoon the batter into standard muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
