Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, oats, and salt. Pour in most of the buttermilk and mix well, adding more buttermilk as needed to form a soft dough. Turn it out onto a floured surface and knead it lightly to hold its shape. Try not to over-knead. - Form the dough into a round, disk-shaped loaf and score the top with a sharp knife. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes at 220°C (425°F). Reduce the oven temperature to 190°C (355°F) and bake for another 20-25 minutes. Remove the bread from the oven and transfer it to a cutting board. Cool slightly before slicing, and enjoy your warm bread!
