Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of white cabbage, shredded into fine strips
  • 2 cups fresh green seedless grapes, cut into halves
  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • 2/3 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
  • 8 green onions, finely chopped into rings
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place walnuts on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes. Let cool, then coarsely chop.
  • Step 2
  • Prepare the salad dressing: In a large salad bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, sugar, 1.5 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Whisk until smooth, then add sour cream and whisk again.
  • Step 3
  • Add cabbage, cilantro, dill, tarragon to the salad bowl, green onionsMix together the grapes and walnuts. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
