- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 8 green onions, finely chopped into rings

- Step 1
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place walnuts on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes. Let cool, then coarsely chop. Step 2
- Prepare the salad dressing: In a large salad bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, sugar, 1.5 teaspoons salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Whisk until smooth, then add sour cream and whisk again. Step 3
- Add cabbage, cilantro, dill, tarragon to the salad bowl, green onionsMix together the grapes and walnuts. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
