This easy-to-make cocktail consists of equal parts coconut rum and Blue Curaçao, a citrusy, spicy liqueur, with a squeeze of lemon juice. Combine 180 ml each of coconut rum and Blue Curaçao, 90 ml of lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons of superfine sugar in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until very cold, then strain into 6 glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with a maraschino cherry, pineapple wedge, orange slice, and cocktail umbrella.
