With just four ingredients and five minutes, Rachel Ray makes this vibrant, refreshing parfait. She layers crispy rice cereal between layers of vanilla yogurt, juicy mandarin, and fresh pineapple for a dessert with a wonderful combination of textures.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 small jar of canned tangerines (drained syrup)
  • 3/4 cup crispy puffed rice (breakfast cereal)
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place 2 tablespoons of yogurt in the bottom of four juice glasses. Top each with 4 tangerine wedges. Sprinkle the tangerines with 1.5 tablespoons of puffed rice, then top with another 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
  2. The next layer is diced pineapple, and then another 1.5 tablespoons of rice.
