Transform a camping s'more into an elegant parfait worthy of special occasions. All the ingredients—marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers—are layered in a clear glass (or a plastic cup if serving outdoors): crushed graham crackers, then a layer of whipped cream marshmallows, and a layer of chocolate pudding. Each serving is topped with a large toasted marshmallow, which gives the dessert its unique flavor, a square of chocolate, and a graham cracker. To make this dessert easier to prepare, use store-bought chocolate pudding.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3/4 cup creamy marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup + 2 tablespoons chilled heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers + 1 graham cracker, broken into rectangles, for serving
  • 1.5 cups chocolate pudding
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • 4 squares from a 43g chocolate bar.
  • Special equipment: 4 plastic tumbler cups with a capacity of 270 ml; 4 skewers

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. In a large chilled bowl, combine the marshmallow fluff with 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Beat with a hand mixer until the mixture is fluid, smooth, and glossy. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of heavy cream to the bowl and beat until medium peaks form, starting on low speed, then increasing to medium.
  2. Place 2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers in the bottom of each of four 270 ml plastic cups. Top with 3 tablespoons whipped marshmallow fluff, then 3 tablespoons chocolate pudding. Repeat, adding another layer of each ingredient. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  3. When ready to serve, thread the marshmallows onto skewers and toast on a hot grill (or over a gas burner).
  4. Place a toasted marshmallow on top of each s'more in a glass. Garnish each serving with a chocolate chip and a graham cracker.
