Slices of ripe, juicy mango, coconut flakes, and a spoonful of dulce de leche (similar to boiled condensed milk) transform rice pudding from ordinary porridge into a wonderful tropical dessert. Prepare rice pudding according to your favorite recipe and add toppings. Serve warm or chilled.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Divide the finished rice pudding among deep bowls and top with sliced mango. Drizzle with warm dulce de leche and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
