Baked rice pudding is slightly different from regular boiled rice pudding, offering a deeper, richer flavor. To make it, half-cooked long-grain rice is mixed with a mixture of milk, heavy cream, butter, and sugar and then spread into a casserole dish. Vanilla, cinnamon, and orange zest infuse the creamy pudding with the wonderful aroma of a delicious homemade dessert. Bake the pudding until the rice is fully cooked and the creamy mixture is set. Serve warm for breakfast or dessert.
