Make a quick chocolate pudding mix, pour it over chia seeds, and then simply let it set overnight in the refrigerator for a thick, delicious pudding perfect for breakfast or dessert. Garnish the chocolate pudding with fresh berries and enjoy.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 and 1/4 cups milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tbsp. maple syrup
  • A pinch of coarse salt
  • 0.5 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh berries, for serving

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine milk, chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the cocoa is dissolved, 6-8 minutes.
