Even on a diet, you can indulge in chocolate without guilt. One serving of this pudding contains only 3 grams of fat, yet the dessert is luxurious and delicious. The pudding is divided into two halves: white chocolate and dark chocolate. To prepare, first, a single vanilla mixture is simmered with unsweetened condensed milk, agave nectar (syrup), cornstarch, and egg whites. Then, it is divided in half, and white and dark chocolate chips are mixed into each half. Let the pudding set in the refrigerator and enjoy its silky texture and rich flavor.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.

1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • Whites of 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the agave nectar, cornstarch, and salt. Then whisk in the evaporated milk and egg whites until smooth. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture begins to bubble and thicken, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of vanilla.
  2. Transfer 1 cup of the mixture to a medium bowl. Add the white chocolate chips and the remaining 1 teaspoon of vanilla and stir until the chocolate melts. Add the cocoa powder and dark chocolate chips to the remaining pudding and stir until the chocolate melts.

  3. Divide the chocolate pudding among the bowls and top with vanilla pudding. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until the pudding sets, at least 2 hours. Chop some chocolate and sprinkle it on top of each serving.
