If you're expecting a large crowd, consider creating a small culinary entertainment and treat for them—all in one! It's a parfait bar. Place bowls of different types of yogurt, berries, nuts, and granola on the table, and invite guests to create their own dessert by layering the ingredients into glasses. Everyone will be happy!



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 2 liters of vanilla yogurt
  • 0.5 cup strawberry jam
  • 0.5 cup berry jam
  • 0.5 tbsp. peach jam
  • 2 cups granola
  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 1 can (425g) canned tangerines, drained
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 cup chopped almonds, toasted

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Divide the yogurt evenly among 3 bowls. Add strawberry jam to one yogurt bowl, berry jam to the next, and peach jam to the third. Stir until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Divide the remaining ingredients into individual bowls. When ready to serve, line up several bowls, yogurt bowls, and topping bowls. Place spoons in each bowl. Invite guests to assemble their own parfaits.
