Chocolate and raspberries are one of the most wonderful combinations for exquisite desserts. This parfait is made with store-bought chocolate pudding and raspberry jam, but the fresh berries give it an elegant, restaurant-quality finish. Layer all the ingredients in clear bowls or glasses and serve after your holiday dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 2 cups store-bought chocolate pudding
  • 1/4 cup raspberry jam (unsweetened)
  • Cinnamon sugar, for sprinkling

    Step 1
  • Place some coconut flakes and 3-4 raspberries in two parfait bowls. Top with 1/4 cup chocolate pudding, then 1 tablespoon raspberry jam.
  • Step 2
  • Sprinkle with coconut and berries. Top with the remaining chocolate pudding, then raspberry jam and more coconut. Garnish with cinnamon sugar and serve.
