The delicious Fog Cutter tiki cocktail is easy to drink, has a pleasant tropical flavor, and packs a punch. It's no wonder, considering it's a classic blend of spirits: rum, cognac, gin, and—the icing on the cake—dry sherry.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 45 ml white rum
  • 45 ml orange juice
  • 20 ml of cognac
  • 15 ml of gin

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine 45 ml each of white rum and orange juice, 20 ml of cognac, and 15 ml each of gin, lemon juice, and orgeat (almond syrup) in a shaker with ice; shake well. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with 15 ml of dry sherry. Garnish with an orange slice.
