Star fruit slices will pleasantly refresh your summer iced tea with their fruity tartness and add a star-shaped decoration. They're also a valuable source of vitamin C, which makes your tea even more beneficial. If you're preparing the drink during a barbecue party, quickly toast the slices over the coals to caramelize them for a richer tea flavor.
