Surprise your friends at a house party by offering them alcoholic puddings to be eaten with a spoon instead of traditional shot glasses. Everyone will be delighted not only by the fun presentation but also by the tropical flavor of these "cocktails" with coconut rum, lime, and pineapple.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 120 ml of skim milk
  • 1 small package (4 servings) instant sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix (recommended: Jell-O)
  • 90 ml coconut rum
  • 30 ml lime juice
  • 0.5 cups canned pineapple chunks in juice, do not drain
  • 1 cup fat-free whipped topping, thawed
  • Pineapple wedges for garnish
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Combine the milk and pudding mixture in a bowl until smooth. Add the rum, lime juice, and pineapple and mix well. Top with whipped topping. Once the mixture is smooth, divide it into 8 shot glasses.
  2. Refrigerate the shot glasses until ready to serve, at least 30 minutes. Garnish with pineapple wedges and lime slices, if using. Enjoy with a spoon!
