Sparkling ginger cider is a top-notch fall non-alcoholic cocktail, which you can add a splash of brandy to, if desired, for a unique twist. The base of the cocktail is natural non-alcoholic cider. Essentially, it's unfiltered apple juice. Let it infuse with ginger and then mix with ginger ale before serving.


Ingredients:

  • 220 g of ginger root
  • 1 liter of natural non-alcoholic apple cider
  • Brandy or alcoholic cider, for the alcoholic version
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

  • Combine 220 grams of peeled, thinly sliced ​​fresh ginger root with 1 liter of natural non-alcoholic apple cider and refrigerate for about an hour. Pour the drink into glasses filled with ice, top with ginger ale, and garnish with fresh mint. If you prefer an alcoholic version, add brandy or use alcoholic cider instead of ginger ale.
