Cranberry Quencher Sparkling Cocktail

How to Make - Cranberry Quencher Sparkling Cocktail
Menu:Dinner,
Time: 5 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 4

Perhaps the best part about this fizzy five-minute drink from Sandra Lee is that it can be served in a pitcher, meaning all you have to do is prepare it, and then your guests can help themselves. No need to spend the entire evening bartending.

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml vanilla vodka, optional
  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

We recommend

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place orange slices and sugar in a jug. Mash with a special pestle until all the juice has been released from the orange.

Add cranberry juice and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add sparkling water (and vodka, if desired) and pour the cocktail into glasses filled with ice.
