This vodka-and-ginger-ale cocktail delights you with three delicious fruity flavors: cranberry, lime, and orange. This refreshing sweet-and-tart trio is the perfect combination for a winter holiday treat.

Ingredients:

  • 120 ml cranberry juice
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. l. agave nectar or honey
  • 5 strips of orange zest, 8 cm long.
  • 120 ml of vodka
  • 500 ml ginger ale (a non-alcoholic drink with ginger flavor), chilled
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Combine cranberry juice, lime juice, syrup, and 1 strip of orange zest in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add vodka and shake until the outside of the shaker begins to fog up.
  • Step 2
  • Strain the cocktail into 4 martini glasses and top each with a splash of ginger ale. Serve garnished with orange zest.
