Sunny Anderson's festive Mojito is made with cranberry juice and cranberries. Their pleasant tartness pairs beautifully with the refreshing flavor of mint. Agave syrup or honey can be used as a sweetener. You may need to add a little more than the recipe calls for. Make the cranberry Mojito in a pitcher, and the cocktail will be enough for the whole crowd.

The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.

1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:

  1. Combine cranberry juice, agave syrup, and mint in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir, then cover and let steep until the cranberry juice infuses with the mint flavor, 3-5 minutes. If it's not sweet enough, add a little more syrup. Strain and pour the liquid into a pitcher.
  2. Add rum and lime juice to a pitcher and refrigerate until completely chilled.

  3. Before serving, place 3-4 mint leaves, a few cranberries, and ice in wine glasses. Add the chilled cocktail, then top with a splash of club soda or ginger ale. Enjoy!
