Mojito

How to Make Mojito
Kitchen:Cuban,
Time: 5 min.
Complexity: easily
Servings: 4

The Mojito is one of the most famous refreshing cocktails. Its refreshing mint-citrus flavor makes the drink incredibly popular in summer and in hot countries, such as Cuba, where it originated. The original Mojito includes light rum, mint, lime, sugar, and soda water. The Mojito's ancestor was the Drac cocktail, which South American Indians prepared for English pirates to treat scurvy by mixing "firewater" with sugar, lime, and mint.

The non-alcoholic Mojito is equally popular. Just omit the rum and drink it as a refreshing lemonade.
