Baked potato stuffed with egg and cheese
Fry 1 large beaten egg in a nonstick skillet with 1 teaspoon melted butter; season with salt and pepper. Halve 1 small warm baked potato and fill with the egg. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon grated cheddar and sliced green onions.

Peanut Butter Banana Toast
Spread 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter on 1 slice of whole-grain bread. Slice 1 small banana into thin rounds and arrange on the toast. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of chia seeds and ground cinnamon.

Scrambled eggs with pesto and parmesan
In a nonstick skillet, fry 2 large eggs, yolk side up, in 1/2 tablespoon melted butter; season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate, tilting the skillet over it, and top the eggs with 1 tablespoon pesto, 1 sliced cherry pepper, and 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan.

Yogurt sundae
Mash 1/3 cup fresh raspberries with 1 tablespoon maple syrup until smooth. Place 1 cup 2% fat Greek yogurt in a bowl, drizzle with the raspberry sauce, add 1/4 cup blueberries, and 1 tablespoon chopped roasted almonds.
