Cooking the dish according to the recipe:
- Fill a large wine glass with crushed ice.
- Gently combine whiskey, peach nectar, a splash of bitters, peaches, mint, and a squeeze of lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Strain over ice in a glass and serve chilled.
Note
The whiskey flavor may be strong at first, but as the ice and fruit melt, the cocktail turns into a light summer drink.
