This homemade fruit ice pop captivates not only with its delicious combination of cherry and peach flavors, but also with its beautiful color gradient, moving from bright red to yellow, reminiscent of summer at any time of year. To sweeten the cherry juice, use ultra-fine sugar, which dissolves quickly and leaves no grains.



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 1.5 cups cherry juice or nectar
  • 3 tbsp. ultrafine sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp. peach nectar

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Pour the cherry juice over the sugar in a large bowl and stir vigorously until completely dissolved. Pour half the cherry juice into 3-4 popsicle molds, filling them to varying heights. Pour half the peach nectar into another 3-4 popsicle molds. Freeze for 2 hours.
  2. Fill the cherry portions with peach nectar and the peach portions with cherry juice. Insert wooden sticks three-quarters of the way into the popsicles and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight. To remove the popsicles from the mold, hold the mold under hot water for a few seconds.
