Fruit ice cream with champagne "Fruit Fizz" - a detailed recipe.


Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of sorbet of the following flavors: lemon, mango, raspberry, black currant or other flavors as desired
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco or sparkling white wine
  • Zest of 1 lemon for garnish
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Substituting ingredients
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Preparation:

    Step 1
  • Place 2 spoons of sorbet in each glass, a different flavor in each.

    Fill the glasses with Prosecco, being careful not to let the fizz bubble or overflow. Top up with more wine when the foam subsides, then grate a little lemon zest into each glass and garnish with a small sprig of mint.
