If you love adding jam, butter, and other delicious flavors to your pancakes or Belgian waffles, this recipe is for you! Simply combine softened butter with blackberry jam, add a little fresh mint for a refreshing twist, and store the butter in the refrigerator. To serve, cut into pieces, place on hot pancakes, and enjoy!



The recipes use measuring containers with the following volumes:
1 glass (st.) - 250 ml.
3/4 cup (st.) - 180 ml.
2/3 cup (st.) - 160 ml.
1/2 cup (st.) - 125 ml.
1/3 cup (st.) - 80 ml.
1/4 cup (st.) - 60 ml.
1 tablespoon (tbsp) - 15 ml.
1 teaspoon (tsp) - 5 ml.
1/5 teaspoon (tsp) - 1 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:


  • 220 g of butter at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup blackberry jam
  • 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Cooking the dish according to the recipe:


  1. Place the butter in a large bowl and beat with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula until smooth.
